Shevona Roberts is a braid specialist, entrepreneur, and the founder of Shevbraids—a brand rooted in beauty, healing, and long-term client care. Her passion for hair began in childhood, braiding dolls and family with creativity and love. Years later, during a season of uncertainty, it was her faith that led her to rediscover her gift and turn it into purpose. She prayed for direction—and was guided to use her hands to serve and uplift others through hair.

In 2007, Shevona earned her NVQ in Hairdressing as an extra-curricular qualification during secondary school in the UK. She gained hands-on experience through a work placement in a vibrant salon and later pursued studies in business and finance, equipping her to build a brand with intention and care.

Born in Jamaica and raised in London, Shevona blends cultural richness with technical skill, specializing in knotless braids, goddess braids, and natural hair care. She is also the creator of Czar Luxe, a natural hair oil that promotes healthy growth and scalp wellness.

Clients are drawn to her gentle spirit, consistency, and heartfelt approach. Outside the salon, she is a proud mother and the author of Hair is Therapy—a faith-based colouring book designed to inspire healing, confidence, and self-love through art and affirmation.
